Content visibility & public nature of data
FORWINGO is a public platform. When you upload Content, your image, voice, name, performance and User profile may be publicly visible worldwide and may appear: in Shows & episodes on YouTube, social media, and partner platforms in promotional content & advertisements inside FORWINGO Watch Premium We cannot guarantee removal of Content already shared publicly outside the Platform.
Payment data
Bank and payment information is stored securely by certified third-party payment processors. FORWINGO does not store raw credit card numbers.
Sharing & transfer of data
We may share data with: Recipient Reason Judges / Hosts To perform scoring & show operations Payment processors Deposits and payouts Cloud hosting providers Content and data storage AI processing services Editing, moderation, quality improvement Legal authorities Compliance with law / safety & abuse reports Sponsors Only for Sponsored Shows and with explicit notice International transfers Where data is transferred outside the EU, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards apply.
Retention

Safety, cheating & fraud
We may use automated and manual tools to detect: deepfakes impersonation cheating & score manipulation fraudulent payouts payment chargebacks identity mismatch Suspicious accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
