How do I create a new FORWINGO account?

On forwingo.com from a computer or mobile browser:

Go to forwingo.com.
Click on Account, then select Don't have an account?.
Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, and create a username and password.
Enter the Verification Code you receive in your email or click on the verification link in your email.
If you register successfully, you now have a FORWINGO account and you can easily SIGN IN to FORWINGO with your username and password.

In the FORWINGO app for Android and iPhone:

Download the FORWINGO app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Once the app is installed, tap the FORWINGO logo to open it.
Tap Don't have an account?. Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, and create a username and password.
Enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
If you register successfully, you now have a FORWINGO account and you can easily SIGN IN to FORWINGO with your username and password.

How do I update my profile information, such as my profile picture, etc.?

Go to your Profile.
Tap Settings, then select Profile.
Here, you can change or remove your profile picture and update your other personal details.

Can I have two or more FORWINGO accounts?

No, each individual is entitled to only one FORWINGO account. This is because every person has unique legal details and information, and cannot represent themselves with multiple identities. According to the terms of the FORWINGO platform, users are not permitted to have more than one account. If a user is found to have multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of our policies, and all associated accounts will be subject to suspension or termination.

How can I change the reference currency?

To align your reference currency with your payment method, please follow these steps:

Go to your Profile.
Tap Settings, then select Profile.
Choose your intended currency from the Reference Currency options.

How can I change my password?

Go to your Profile.
Tap Settings, then select Profile.
Tap Change Password to create your new password.

I am a beginner player now. How can I improve to professional player?

As a new player on FORWINGO, you are initially categorized as a beginner. To advance to a professional player status, you simply need to create or participate in ten games. Once you have completed this requirement, FORWINGO will automatically upgrade your status to that of a Professional Player.

I don’t have a verification check. How can I obtain it?

The FORWINGO verification check is a valuable asset that any user can acquire by completing the information and steps in their account settings as detailed below:

Follow the Identity Verification steps.

By obtaining this verification check, each user enhances their credibility on FORWINGO, encouraging other users to participate in their games more readily and with greater confidence.

Can I change my username?

Each username is a unique identifier that a user selects at the start of their registration on FORWINGO, and it is how other users recognize them. Therefore, users cannot change their username once it is set.

How much is the legal fee?

The legal fees that will be deducted include the following:

19% VAT
6% PayPal fee
5% FORWINGO fee

The total deduction will be 30% from each side (winner’s prize and participants’ payments).

How can I report a violation?

If you encounter any content on FORWINGO that you believe violates our rules, you can help us create a safer and more enjoyable environment by reporting it. Here’s how you can report a violation:

Tap the three dots (…) at the top right of any video you believe is in violation to open the report window.
Select the reason for your report and submit it. Alternatively, you can report a violation by sending an email to report@forwingo.com.

How can I block a user?

If you prefer not to see content from a particular user or their competitions for any reason, you have the option to block them. Here are the steps to do so:

Click on the user’s username to visit their profile.
Tap the three dots (…) located at the top right corner to open the user’s menu.
Select Block this user.

How can I unblock a blocked user?

If you wish to unblock a user that you have previously blocked, you can follow these steps:

Tap Settings, then select My Blocked.
Find the user you want to unblock and tap on the Unblock button.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your FORWINGO account for any reason, you may do so through the settings in your profile, provided you do not have any active competitions. After deletion, your account will be permanently removed. However, all competitions you have created and your participation details in other users’ competitions will remain on FORWINGO.

Game Creator Questions

Why do I have to set a Participation Price, and what happens to the collected money?

Each game creator can set a Participation Price for the competitions they create, which other users must pay to register and participate. This fee helps to fund the prize pool and cover the costs of hosting the competition. After the competition concludes and the winner is announced, the prize money, as determined by the game creator, is awarded to the winner after legal fees are deducted. The remaining funds collected from participant fees, after legal fees are deducted, are then paid to the competition creator.

Why do I have to wait 24 hours for approval after creating a new game before it is released?

Due to FORWINGO’s commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, all newly created games undergo a review process to ensure they comply with FORWINGO’s rules. This review is conducted by the FORWINGO review and control team and typically takes approximately 24 hours. If the game’s content is approved, the developer will be notified to fund the prize amount, after which the game will be published, added to the game list, and made available for other users to see and participate in.

I have completed all the steps of creating my competition. Can I edit or remove it?

Once other users have registered and participated, you cannot make any changes or deletions to your competition. This ensures fairness and consistency based on the original information and conditions you provided.

Can I announce the winner before the end of the remaining time to play?

As a game creator, you have set and announced a specific time for the end of registration and the game’s deadline. Other users have made plans based on this timeline. Therefore, you cannot announce the winner before the announced deadline, as doing so would infringe upon the rights of other users who have registered for your game.

I have announced the winner of my competition. How long does it take for the registration fees from my competition to be credited to my account?

After announcing the winner of your competition, it typically takes 2 to 7 working days for the registration fees from the participants to be credited to your account, following the deduction of any applicable legal fees.

Game Player (Participant) Questions

I won one of the competitions. How long will it take for my prize to be credited to my account?

Once the competition organizer has declared you as the winner, it typically takes 2 to 7 working days for your prize money to be credited to your account, after legal fees have been deducted.

Terms of Use and Data Policy

Welcome to FORWINGO.

These Terms of Use govern your use of FORWINGO platforms and provide information about the FORWINGO Service, outlined below. By creating a FORWINGO account or using FORWINGO platforms, you agree to these terms.

The FORWINGO service is provided to you by FORWINGO UG (limited liability). Therefore, these Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and FORWINGO UG (limited liability).

The FORWINGO Service

We agree to provide you with the FORWINGO Service. The Service includes all FORWINGO platforms, features, applications, services, technologies, and software.

The Service is comprised of the following aspects:

- Offering personalized opportunities to create, communicate, discover, and share your and others' abilities.

People are diverse, each with a unique mind, ability, and creativity. As a video publisher, we offer our platform to a wide range of smart and talented Competition Creators and Players (Participants) to showcase and monetize their abilities. We aim to strengthen your relationships through shared experiences. Thus, we build systems that try to understand who and what you and others can do, using that information to help you create, join, and share experiences that matter to you. This includes highlighting content, features, offers, and accounts you might be interested in and offering ways for you to experience FORWINGO platforms, based on activities you and others engage in on and off FORWINGO.

- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.

We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help make their experiences positive and inclusive, including support when needed. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and Policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior.

- Ensuring access to our Service.

To operate our global service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This global infrastructure is necessary to provide our service and may be owned or operated by FORWINGO or its affiliates.

- Research and innovation.

We use the information we have to develop, test, and improve our service, and collaborate with others on research to enhance our service and contribute to the well-being of our community. This includes analyzing user data and understanding how people use our services, for example, by conducting surveys and testing new features.

Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the service, we require you to make the following commitments to us.

Who Can Use FORWINGO?

We strive for our service to be open and inclusive, yet safe, secure, and compliant with the law. Therefore, we need you to adhere to a few restrictions to be part of the FORWINGO community.

General Rules:

FORWINGO is an international platform for talent competition videos, offering a diverse array of contests that adhere to legal standards. Recognizing the unique qualities of each individual, we provide a platform for intelligent and talented competition creators and participants to showcase their skills and earn from their talents.

At FORWINGO, any user can design competitions and invite others to join and take on their challenges. To create a new competition, you must:

- Record a video explaining the nature of your competition and its terms and conditions.

- Set a registration period for users to enter your competition.

- Establish a timeframe for registered participants to complete the competition.

- Specify an entry fee for your competition.

- Determine a prize amount for the winner.

All competitions must comply with the following terms:

- You must not be barred from receiving any aspect of our service under applicable laws or engaging in payment-related services if you are on a denied party listing.

- Your content must not include hate speech, violent or inhumane behavior, criminal or illegal acts, harm to animals, fraud, pornography, sexually explicit material, frontal nudity, money laundering, or any other offensive or objectionable content.

- You must not disclose other users' personal information.

Violations of these terms will result in the removal of the competition and a warning issued to the creator. Accumulating three warnings will lead to account suspension.

For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use, Data Policy, and FAQ. We also clarify that Apple is not a sponsor of any competitions on FORWINGO.

Once a competition is live, all FORWINGO users can view it in the Game List, register within the specified timeframe, and submit their competition videos before the deadline. Videos are displayed in the Participants Tab and ranked by the number of likes received. 48 hours after the competition deadline, the like feature will be deactivated, and the top video with the most likes within 48 hours after the deadline will be considered for the winning entry.

It is crucial for participants to complete the competition promptly and correctly, uploading their video in time to accumulate likes.

Competition creators have the option to extend the deadline up to three times. If a winner is not declared after these extensions, FORWINGO reserves the right to select and announce the winner.

During an extended deadline, all users may register and participate, and previous participants can submit a new and improved video. Users who missed the initial submission deadline can also submit their videos during this extended period.

Editing videos or using cinematic tricks is considered fraud and will result in disqualification. Users found guilty of fraud three times will be permanently banned from FORWINGO.

Therefore, the opinion of other users who see the act, creativity, and ability of any video is very important. Try to be as creative and attractive as possible in your competition to attract viewers' opinions. 48 hours after the deadline, the like tap will be automatically deactivated, and the competition creator is allowed to determine the winner on his/her dashboard that has received the most likes.

How You Can't Use FORWINGO?

Providing a safe and open service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.

You don't have to disclose your identity on FORWINGO, but you must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information (including registration information), which may include providing personal data. Also, you may not impersonate someone you aren't, and you can't create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.

You can't engage in anything unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our Policies, including in particular the FORWINGO Community Guidelines, Platform Terms, and Developer Policies.

If you post branded content, you must comply with our Branded Content Policies, which require you to use our branded content tool.

You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the service.

This includes misusing any reporting, dispute, or appeals channel, such as by making fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals.

You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.

This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.

You can’t sell, license, or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our service.

This includes attempts to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username), solicit, collect, or use login credentials or badges of other users, or request or collect FORWINGO usernames, passwords, or misappropriate access tokens.

You can't post someone else’s private or confidential information without permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit or pirated goods).

You may use someone else's works under exceptions or limitations to copyright and related rights under applicable law. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you post or share.

You can’t modify, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer our products, platforms, or their components.

You can't use a domain name or URL in your username without our prior written consent.

Permissions You Give to Us

As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.

Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the service, and you are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. However, we need certain legal permissions from you (known as a “license”) to provide the service. When you create, share, or upload games or any content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings) for the purpose of making the FORWINGO service available. This license will end when your content is deleted from our systems. You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account. We use the information to control or delete your content.

Use of Your Username, Profile Picture, and Information About Your Relationships and Actions with Accounts, Ads, and Sponsored Content

Your username, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as likes and comments) or relationships (such as follows) can be used next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with that are displayed on FORWINGO platforms, without any compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked a sponsored post created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on FORWINGO. As with actions on other content and follows of other accounts, actions on sponsored content and follows of sponsored accounts can be seen only by people who have permission to see that content or follow. We will also respect your ad settings.

You agree that we can download and install updates to the service on your device.

How Our Service Is Funded

By using the FORWINGO service for competition creators and players (participants) covered by these Terms, you acknowledge that we can receive 5% from each side (winner prize and participants' payments) and also show you ads that businesses, organizations, and users pay us to promote their brands, productions, services, and their created competitions on and off the FORWINGO platforms.

We show you relevant and useful ads without telling advertisers who you are. We don’t sell your personal data. We allow advertisers to tell us things like their business goal and the kind of audience they want to see their ads. We then show their ad to people who might be interested.

You may see branded content on FORWINGO posted by account holders who promote products or services based on a commercial relationship with the business partner mentioned in their content.

How Much Is the Legal Fee?

Content Removal and Disabling or Terminating Your Account

We can remove any content or information you share on the service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our Policies (including our FORWINGO Community Guidelines), or we are required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the service to you (including terminating or disabling your access to the FORWINGO platforms and FORWINGO Company Products) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms of Use or our Policies (including our FORWINGO Community Guidelines), if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or where we are required to do so by law. We can also terminate or change the service, remove or block content or information shared on our service, or stop providing all or part of the service if we determine that doing so is reasonably necessary to avoid or mitigate adverse legal or regulatory impacts on us. In some cases, when we remove content, we’ll let you know and explain any options you have to request another review, unless you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, or if doing so may expose us or others to legal liability, harm our community of users, compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems, or products, where we are restricted due to technical limitations, or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons. If you believe your account has been terminated in error, or you want to disable or permanently delete your account, please contact us. When you request to delete content or your account, the deletion process will automatically begin.

If you delete, or we disable your account, these Terms shall terminate as an agreement between you and us, but this section and the section below called "Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree" will still apply even after your account is terminated, disabled, or deleted.

If you delete your account for any reason, after deleting it, your account will be deleted, but all the competitions you have created so far, or your information about the competition of others that you have participated in, will remain on the FORWINGO.

Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree

If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, it will not be a waiver.

Who Has Rights Under this Agreement?

This agreement does not give rights to any third parties.

You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.

Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Our rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes (as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) or by law.

Updating These Terms

We explicitly state that Apple is not a sponsor of any competitions on FORWINGO.

We may change our service and Policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our service and Policies. Changes will be made only if the current provisions are no longer appropriate or are incomplete, and only if the changes are reasonable and considerate of your interests. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before we make changes to these Terms and give you the opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you continue to use the service after we have posted updated Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these or any updated Terms, you have the option to delete your account.

Data Policy

This Policy describes the information we process to support FORWINGO and other features offered by FORWINGO.

What kinds of information do we collect?

To provide the FORWINGO platforms, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our platforms.

Things you and others do and provide:

Information and content you provide: We collect the content, communications, and other information you provide when you use our platforms, including when you sign up for an account, create or share competitions, videos, and communicate with others, such as comments, as a competition creator, player (participant), or other user. This can include information in or about the content you provide. Our systems process content and communications you and others provide to analyze context.

Networks and connections: We collect information about the users, pages, accounts, and others you are connected to (as a competition creator, player (participant), other users, etc.) and how you interact with them across our platforms, such as people you communicate with or competitions you are part of.

Your usage: We collect information about how you use our platforms, such as the types of content you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our platforms, and what competitions, videos, and other content you view on our platforms. We also collect information about how you use features like our camera.

Information about transactions made on our platforms: If you use our platforms for financial transactions, such as providing your created competitions or playing in others' competitions, we collect information about those transactions. This includes payment information such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, other account and authentication information, and billing and contact details.

Things others do and information they provide about you: We also receive and analyze content, communications, and information that other users provide when they use our platforms. This can include information about you, such as when others share or comment on your competitions and videos.

Device Information

As described below, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our platforms, and we combine this information across different devices you use. For example, we use information collected about your use of our platforms on your phone to better personalize the content (including ads) or features you see when you use our platforms on another device, such as your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action in response to an ad we showed you on your phone on a different device.

Information we obtain from these devices includes:

Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.

Device operations: information about operations and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).

Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from games, apps, or accounts you use, and Family Device IDs (or other identifiers unique to FORWINGO platforms associated with the same device or account).

Device signals: Bluetooth signals, and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.

Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera, videos, or photos.

Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed, and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network, so we can do things like help you stream a video from your phone to your TV.

Cookie data: data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.

Information from partners

Advertisers, app developers, and publishers can send us information through the FORWINGO platforms they use. These partners provide information about your activities off FORWINGO, including information about your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services, whether you have a FORWINGO account or are logged into FORWINGO. For example, a game developer could use our API to tell us what games you play. We also receive information about your online and offline actions and purchases from third-party data providers who have the rights to provide us with your information.

Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services or through third parties they work with. We require each of these partners to have lawful rights to collect, use, and share your data before providing any data to us.

How do we use this information?

We use the information we have (subject to choices you make) as described below and to provide and support the FORWINGO platforms and related services described in the FORWINGO platforms. Here's how:

Provide, personalize, and improve our products

We use the information we have to deliver our platforms, including personalizing features and content and making suggestions for you (such as competitions you may be interested in or topics you may want to follow) on and off our platforms. To create personalized platforms that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests, and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others; how you use and interact with our platforms; and the users, places, or things you're connected to and interested in on and off our platforms.

Location-related information: We use location-related information, such as your current location, where you live, and the businesses and people you're near, to provide, personalize, and improve our platforms, including ads, for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things like precise device location (if you've allowed us to collect it), IP addresses, and information from your and others' use of FORWINGO platforms.

Product research and development: We use the information we have to develop, test, and improve our platforms, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.

Ads and other sponsored content: We use the information we have about you, including information about your interests, actions, and connections, to select and personalize ads, offers, and other sponsored content that we show you.

Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services

We use the information we have (including your activity off our platforms, such as the websites you visit and ads you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services.

Promote safety, integrity, and security

We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our platforms, and promote safety and security on and off FORWINGO platforms. For example, we use data we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies, or to detect when someone needs help.

Communicate with You

We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our platforms, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Research and Innovate for Social Good

We use the information we have (including from research partners we collaborate with) to conduct and support research and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health, and well-being.

Sharing on FORWINGO Platforms

Accounts and People You Share and Communicate With

When you share and communicate using our platforms, you choose the audience for what you share.

Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our platforms. This includes your FORWINGO username.

Content Others Share or Reshare About You

People who can see your activity on our platforms can choose to share it with others on and off our platforms. For example, when you share a competition, participate in a competition, or send a comment, they can download, screenshot, or reshare that content to others across or off our platforms, in person, or in virtual reality experiences such as FORWINGO platforms.

People can also use our platforms to create and share content about you with your consent. For example, people can share a photo of you in their game video or comments. If you are uncomfortable with what others have shared about you on our platforms, you can report the content.

Apps, Websites, and Third-Party Integrations on or Using Our Platforms

When you choose to use third-party apps, websites, or other services that use, or are integrated with, our platforms, they can receive information about what you post or share. For example, when you participate in a competition with your FORWINGO account or use a FORWINGO comment or share button on a website, the competition creators and website can receive information about your activities in the competition or receive a comment or link that you share from the FORWINGO platforms. Also, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your public profile on FORWINGO, and any information that you share with them. Apps and websites you use may receive your list of FORWINGO friends if you choose to share it with them. Information collected by these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, not this one.

New Owner

If the ownership or control of all or part of our platforms or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

Sharing with Third-Party Partners

We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our platforms. We don't sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. Here are the types of third parties we share information with:

Partners Who Use Our Analytics Services

We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help users understand how people are engaging with their competitions, pages, videos, and other content on and off the FORWINGO platforms. For example, page admins and FORWINGO profile owners receive information about the number of people or accounts who viewed, reacted to, or commented on their competitions, as well as aggregate demographic and other information that helps them understand interactions with their page or account.

Advertisers

We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission.

Measurement Partners

We share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners.

Vendors and Service Providers

We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our platforms are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting surveys.

We explicitly state that Apple is not a sponsor of any competitions on FORWINGO.

Researchers and Academics

We also provide information and content to research partners and academics to conduct research that advances scholarship and innovation that support our business or mission, and enhances discovery and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health, and well-being.

We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and FORWINGO platforms, or until your account is deleted—whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted.

How Do We Respond to Legal Requests or Prevent Harm?

We access, preserve, and share your information with regulators, law enforcement, or others:

- In response to a legal request, if we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to do so. We can also respond to legal requests when we have a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.

- When we have a good-faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized use of the platforms, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property, or platforms), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, if relevant, we provide information to and receive information from third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity on and off our platforms.

- Information we receive about you (including financial transaction data) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

We will notify you before we make any changes to this policy and provide you with the opportunity to review the revised policy before you decide to continue using our platforms. If you do not wish to agree to the updated Policy or Terms, you have the option to delete your account.

Go to forwingo.com.

Click on Account, then select Don't have an account?.

Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, and create a username and password.

Enter the Verification Code you receive in your email or click on the verification link in your email.

If you register successfully, you now have a FORWINGO account and you can easily SIGN IN to FORWINGO with your username and password.

In the FORWINGO app for Android and iPhone:

Download the FORWINGO app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Once the app is installed, tap the FORWINGO logo to open it.

Tap Don't have an account?. Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, and create a username and password.

Enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

If you register successfully, you now have a FORWINGO account and you can easily SIGN IN to FORWINGO with your username and password.

Go to your Profile.

Tap Settings, then select Profile.

Here, you can change or remove your profile picture and update your other personal details.

To align your reference currency with your payment method, please follow these steps:

As a new player on FORWINGO, you are initially categorized as a beginner. To advance to a professional player status, you simply need to create or participate in ten games. Once you have completed this requirement, FORWINGO will automatically upgrade your status to that of a Professional Player.

The FORWINGO verification check is a valuable asset that any user can acquire by completing the information and steps in their account settings as detailed below:

By obtaining this verification check, each user enhances their credibility on FORWINGO, encouraging other users to participate in their games more readily and with greater confidence.

Each username is a unique identifier that a user selects at the start of their registration on FORWINGO, and it is how other users recognize them. Therefore, users cannot change their username once it is set.

The legal fees that will be deducted include the following:

19% VAT

6% PayPal fee

5% FORWINGO fee

The total deduction will be 30% from each side (winner’s prize and participants’ payments).

If you encounter any content on FORWINGO that you believe violates our rules, you can help us create a safer and more enjoyable environment by reporting it. Here’s how you can report a violation:

Tap the three dots (…) at the top right of any video you believe is in violation to open the report window.

Select the reason for your report and submit it. Alternatively, you can report a violation by sending an email to report@forwingo.com.

If you prefer not to see content from a particular user or their competitions for any reason, you have the option to block them. Here are the steps to do so:

Click on the user’s username to visit their profile.

Tap the three dots (…) located at the top right corner to open the user’s menu.

Select Block this user.

If you wish to unblock a user that you have previously blocked, you can follow these steps:

Tap Settings, then select My Blocked.

Find the user you want to unblock and tap on the Unblock button.

Game Creator Questions

Once other users have registered and participated, you cannot make any changes or deletions to your competition. This ensures fairness and consistency based on the original information and conditions you provided.

After announcing the winner of your competition, it typically takes 2 to 7 working days for the registration fees from the participants to be credited to your account, following the deduction of any applicable legal fees.

Game Player (Participant) Questions

Once the competition organizer has declared you as the winner, it typically takes 2 to 7 working days for your prize money to be credited to your account, after legal fees have been deducted.

These Terms of Use govern your use of FORWINGO platforms and provide information about the FORWINGO Service, outlined below. By creating a FORWINGO account or using FORWINGO platforms, you agree to these terms.

The FORWINGO service is provided to you by FORWINGO UG (limited liability). Therefore, these Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and FORWINGO UG (limited liability).

The FORWINGO Service

We agree to provide you with the FORWINGO Service. The Service includes all FORWINGO platforms, features, applications, services, technologies, and software.

The Service is comprised of the following aspects:

- Offering personalized opportunities to create, communicate, discover, and share your and others' abilities.

- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.

We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help make their experiences positive and inclusive, including support when needed. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and Policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior.

- Ensuring access to our Service.

To operate our global service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This global infrastructure is necessary to provide our service and may be owned or operated by FORWINGO or its affiliates.

- Research and innovation.

Who Can Use FORWINGO?

We strive for our service to be open and inclusive, yet safe, secure, and compliant with the law. Therefore, we need you to adhere to a few restrictions to be part of the FORWINGO community.

General Rules:

At FORWINGO, any user can design competitions and invite others to join and take on their challenges. To create a new competition, you must:

- Record a video explaining the nature of your competition and its terms and conditions.

- Set a registration period for users to enter your competition.

- Establish a timeframe for registered participants to complete the competition.

- Specify an entry fee for your competition.

- Determine a prize amount for the winner.

All competitions must comply with the following terms:

- You must not be barred from receiving any aspect of our service under applicable laws or engaging in payment-related services if you are on a denied party listing.

- Your content must not include hate speech, violent or inhumane behavior, criminal or illegal acts, harm to animals, fraud, pornography, sexually explicit material, frontal nudity, money laundering, or any other offensive or objectionable content.

- You must not disclose other users' personal information.

Violations of these terms will result in the removal of the competition and a warning issued to the creator. Accumulating three warnings will lead to account suspension.
